The Philly Car is a silly car-toon that I created in the antediluvian epoch of 1997 during a middle-school art class. I was always taught to show rather than tell, so I’ll mostly let them speak for their nonsensical selves, but I will say that every character that makes an appearance in these is based on an actual person in my life.
